Tess is an experienced network executive producer with a track record of developing and delivering high-rating series and formats for UK and international broadcasters.

Tess was formerly Creative Director at Boomerang Television. Whilst at the Welsh indie she created and delivered three series of Channel 4’s ratings and commercial hit ‘Posh Pawn’. Other commissions included the pop doc series ‘Bargain Fever Britain’ for ITV.

Before Boomerang Tess was a Senior Commissioning Editor at UKTV where her credits include daytime chef vehicle ‘Market Kitchen Big Adventure’; hidden camera entertainment format ‘Tarrant Lets The Kids Loose’, home makeover format ‘Ty Pennington’s Homes for Heroes’, extreme game show ‘Scream if you know the Answer’ and three series of comedy panel show ‘Argumental’ for Dave. Prior to this, Tess was an executive producer at North One Television with credits including constructed documentary series ‘The Singing Estate’ (C5) and ‘Asbo Teen to Beauty Queen’ (C5) and before that Endemol where she was executive producer on reality shows Channel Five’s The Farm and Fit Farm for Channel 4 amongst other projects.

Dylan Wyn Davies

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

An Executive Producer and Live Director with a track record of leading and delivering large scale global events and Sports Entertainment content for broadcast and digital.

As Creative Director at Welsh indie Boomerang, Dylan grew the Sports and Events department from a small Extreme Sport event specialist into a multi award winning, Pan-European leader in Sport-Entertainment events and original content.

Dylan was the creative driving force behind The Clare Balding Show for BBC2/BT Sport in an unprecedented shared rights agreement between the two broadcasters. He has created and delivered several projects for Channel 4’s Paralympic coverage including Anniversary Games 2016, IPC European Swimming and Athletics Championships 2016, IPC World Athletics Championships 2015 as well as the high-end short form content for Channel 4’s sponsorship partners including Allianz and BT.

Dylan was instrumental in the rise and growth of the worlds largest AFP, the Gold Cannes Lions winning GT Academy, and led production and creative for this brand for 7 years. Dylan’s AFP expertise has seen him produce high-end, big-budget AFP for the likes of Bacardi, Huawei, DHL, and Sony in multi-platform, multi-genre content.
